SITE APPROVAL GRANTED—LUXURY ARCHITECTURAL STARTUP TO BEGIN CONSTRUCTION OF WORLD’S FIRST FABRIQ SHOWROOM & EVENT CENTER

Startup receives Planning Commission approval to construct the world’s first FABRIQ Showroom and Event Center at Villa San-Juliette Vineyard & Winery.

After four decades of relentless pursuit, Bill Wesnousky’s entrepreneurial venture is soon to come to fruition, as the organic modern tensile structure—known as FABRIQ—is due to unveil at the palatial, celebrity-owned winery in San Miguel, California next year.

Last week’s Planning Commission hearing was held virtually and quickly culminated in a resounding, unanimous approval of FABRIQ’s request. Wesnousky was granted the official approval of the first FABRIQ Showroom and Event Center.

Modeled after a temporary church structure, originally designed by fabric artist, Bill Moss, at the request of a San Francisco Church, FABRIQ proudly retains its majestic, spiritual qualities, while embracing modern craftsmanship, fit for today’s standard of luxury.

The once cotton and wire model now features a translucent yet durable fabric roof, a curved glass entryway, a ceramic glass cathedral window, a curvaceous Douglas fir glulam beam, and floor-to-ceiling glass window walls, which offer breathtaking 180 degree views. Upon entering the otherworldly structure, inhabitants will find themselves cocooned within a pristine venue and simultaneously embraced by the beauty of the surrounding vineyards.

The first FABRIQ will serve as the startup’s Showroom and provide a new, picturesque venue for wine tastings, private parties, yoga retreats, corporate gatherings, and weddings alike.

With approval obtained and construction plans scheduled to begin next year, Wesnousky and his team are now accepting investment and purchase inquiries. The two available FABRIQ architectural products are designed for both upscale residential and commercial use.

“This journey has spanned four decades and we are now another step closer to the unveiling of the first ever FABRIQ structure,” notes Wesnousky, “a work of art, a functional venue, and a sensual experience—FABRIQ embodies a real life dream come true.”
